Rachel`s Restaurant in Syracuse

A fried suggested this place as I was going to be in NY. Wasn't happy with it at all and won't be going back! Thanks friend!!

Great place to grab a bite before a game.

Free parking, good food

Waitress was drunk, brought entrees over first, then appetizers and we got our drinks 25 minutes into the meal after we received our food. The service was by far the worst I have ever experienced. I an deeply disappointed. IF I could I would give the service 0 stars.

I had lunch with out of town friends here yesterday. The food was lovely, the staff friendly and the atmosphere relaxing. Super Fun !!!! (Linda)

Skip the Cajun scallops. Probably fine for lunch/bar food.

The food was pretty good. We ordered 2 sandwiches and had to wait for sauce on one for a short while. The service was a little off and the dining room felt a like a dungeon with the lack of natural light.

Food was okay, however our waitress’s first words to the group were “okay I’ll take orders, shoot them off” without a greeting and without taking any drink orders. When we asked for separate checks (we had told the hostess ahead of time that this was the case), she rolled her eyes and scoffed. She told us that they were understaffed and very busy which was apparently her excuse for being blatantly rude to our group.

Great buffet, great service!
